If you’ve been paying attention, than you’ve probably noticed the selections and mixing of Valentino Kanzyani. He is one of the founding fathers of Slovenian techno, and in 2005 established his own label Jesus Loved you. From main stream events to the depths of underground, Kanzyani has been pleasing crowds all over Europe. In 2011 Kanzyani along with friends, began their own underground project called Next Wave, an Ibiza based event that promotes the less commercial side of the islands club oriented nights.  When asked in previous interviews if “he prefers producing or Djing?”, Kanzyani states that he is clearly drawn to both, although he will always be a DJ first and fore most.  Never the less, he has dedicated himself to months on end in the studio creating albums such as Love & Gratitude off Cadenza Records. There’s word of a South American tour, so keep your ears perked for that and enjoy this latest mix that Kanzyani put together for the guys over at Kontrast who will be collaborating with Next Wave on the 20 of April 2013, where he will be playing along side Dan Andrei, Pjay and Koen.
